Position Overview

As an Diamond Sports (Softball) Account Executive, will be a member of the go-to-market sales team supporting the company strategy by driving new SaaS revenue growth within a defined North American sales territory for our industry leading wearable Coach-to-Player Technology. Annual SAE quotas range in Baseball & Softball – $350K – $500K and requires prior sales experience and a proven track record. This position will primarily focus on Softball from the youth to club, from high school to the highest collegiate level. There will also be the ability to sell to Baseball as well as full Athletic Departments.

Position Status

Full-Time, Salary & Commissions, Remote Office, Trade Show Travel - 10%

What You'll Do

  • Consistently meets/exceeds revenue targets using a disciplined approach to selling
  • Fields marketing leads and converts them to pipeline opportunities or revenue
  • Prospects and cultivates leads using referral system and territory contacts to drive organic growth
  • Schedules and executes client sales meetings and generates high conversion rates
  • Attends industry trade shows and developments key client relationships
  • Promotes the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Operates in accordance with all the GoRout business rules and conducts themselves with integrity internally and externally
  • Disciplined approach to HubSpot hygiene to ensure the CRM is up to date and accurate for Marketing and Sales effectiveness
  • Works cross functionally to provide feedback and assistance to Product, Customer Success and Marketing and helps build a team-first culture
  • Has a mastery of the product and market and can communicate the value proposition clearly and effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Former Pro or College Coach Or Athlete
  • Previous record in technology sales (2 to 5 years of experience preferred)
