As we enter our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer who can help shape our trajectory and guide us through rapid scale with discipline, insight, and strategic leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across the entire business.
- Build and optimize financial systems that support scale and operational excellence.
- Oversee all reporting, accounting, audit, compliance, and cash management.
- Strengthen visibility into revenue, margin performance, unit economics, and retention.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to guide pricing, profitability, and growth initiatives.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO, leadership team, and board.
- Lead capital planning, investor communications, and support M&A evaluation and diligence.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience; SaaS, hardware-enabled software, or sports tech experience is a strong plus.
- Prior CFO or VP of Finance experience in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in FP&A, corporate finance, forecasting, pricing strategy, and investor relations.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working closely with founders, boards, investors, or strategic partners.
- A disciplined, operational mindset paired with strategic creativity.
