Position Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Project Coordinator with experience in software development, specifically web apps. Our engineering team is growing, to keep pace with the increase in product demand. We require a diligent individual who understands the development cycle, can help plan projects, and helps keep the engineering team on track and on task. We work in a loose Agile Kanban environment, and deadlines are tight. The engineering department needs assistance with managing feedback from end-users and internal stakeholders while having a forward-looking approach toward upcoming projects and needs. You must be well-rounded. The team and leadership are very open to feedback and suggestions as to how to steer the product toward success.

- KanBan project planning knowledge
- Time management
- Proficiency with Atlassian software
What You'll Do
- Managing the daily schedule of engineers and coordinating with Leadership on priorities
- Requirements gathering and refinement
- JIRA admin/management
- Running daily standups and other team meetings
- Keeping leadership aware of the workings of engineering
- Has a mastery of the product and market and can communicate the value proposition clearly and effectively
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years managing engineering projects
- Basic understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc)
- Experience as a business analyst is a plus
