Over 7,000 club baseball and softball teams will participate in Triple Crown events in 2025
Rochester, Minn. (April 10, 2025) — GoRout, the leading provider of coach-to-player(s) communication technology for baseball and softball teams of all levels, today announced a partnership with Triple Crown Sports, to be the organization’s preferred coach-to-player communication system. As part of the partnership, Triple Crown Sports will amend their rule book to include a mention of GoRout’s systems alongside electronic one-way communication rules.
GoRout is currently used by over 1,700 diamond sports teams nationwide, serving programs at all levels, from youth leagues to Division I collegiate teams. The partnership with Triple Crown Sports will advance their brand recognition amongst youth programs and coaches nationwide, with GoRout outfitting two new teams in the organization as a part of the deal.
“With thousands of teams competing in Triple Crown events each year, we’re excited to introduce more coaches and players to the power of seamless, real-time communication that enhances both strategy and execution on the field,” GoRout CEO Mike Rolih said. “GoRout and Triple Crown Sports share an aligned commitment to innovation and helping teams compete at their highest level.”
As a part of the partnership, GoRout will be featured in a 30-second advertisement during Triple Crown Sports’ annual 4th of July tournament held in the Denver Metro area and streamed by ESPN.
Last year, GoRout introduced its Diamond 2.0 product, featuring advanced capabilities shaped by feedback from more than 600 baseball and softball coaches nationwide. These enhancements highlight GoRout’s dedication to providing innovative solutions designed to meet the specific demands of coaches.
“Our partnership with GoRout is a natural fit — we’re both committed to advancing the game by equipping coaches with tools that make a real impact,” said Krista Crawford, Director of Fastpitch at Triple Crown Sports. “GoRout’s technology brings game-changing efficiency and affordability to youth fastpitch, and we’re excited to help more teams access it.”
