Position Overview
As a key member of our core Business Systems team, you will lead the charge in enhancing and integrating our various operational softwares including NetSuite, HubSpot, JustWorks, ShipStation, and others. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing NetSuite automations, ERP integrations, system architecture/implementation, and developing internal enablement tools for various departments. A significant portion of your role will involve working closely with our team to craft a seamless onboarding, billing, and retention experience for our customers and internal processes. If you possess the ability to design and implement a start-to-finish backend customer journey experience, you are the ideal candidate for this role. We are particularly interested in candidates with a profound understanding of American football, baseball, and softball, who are always seeking opportunities to optimize operational systems and processes.

What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize our internal financial systems to automate our billing, renewal, and accounting processes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Team to create a seamless customer journey, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience, from the initial purchase to shipping product to the annual renewal.
- Manage and nurture vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.
- Develop and implement NetSuite and HubSpot automations to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of American football, baseball, and softball to tailor our strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in video calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Contribute to project management initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of growth strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of proficiency in NetSuite Development and experience with very (very) complex automation.
- Experience with integrating ERP systems.
- Preferred experience working with NetSuite integrations, including: ShipStation, HubSpot, JustWorks, etc.
- Deep knowledge of American football, baseball, and softball.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
