As a key member of our core marketing team, you will lead the charge in enhancing and expanding our “customer growth engine.” Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing HubSpot campaigns, email drip initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and developing internal enablement tools/assets. A significant portion of your role will involve working closely with our Customer Team to craft a seamless onboarding, billing, and retention experience for our customers. If you possess the ability to guide customers through a detailed onboarding funnel and customer experience using automations and can empower our support/success representatives to focus on upselling deals, you are the ideal candidate for this role. We are particularly interested in a HubSpot Specialist with a profound understanding of American football, baseball, and softball, who is always seeking opportunities to optimize the customer growth engine.

What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize customer-facing campaigns through HubSpot, email automations, and 3rd party integrations to drive customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Customer Team to create a seamless customer journey, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience, from the initial purchase to the annual renewal.
- Manage and nurture vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.
- Develop and implement HubSpot automations to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of American football, baseball, and softball to tailor our strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in video calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Contribute to project management initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of growth strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proficiency in HubSpot and experience with very (very) complex automation.
- Experience with HubSpot’s Service Hub (Tickets/Ticket Automation/Surveys/NPS/Knowledge Base/Chatbots)
- Preferred experience working with HubSpot integrations, including: ShipStation, NetSuite, Salesmsg, etc.
- Proven experience in customer-retention strategy, preferably within sports technology companies.
- Deep knowledge of American football, baseball, and softball.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
