How Peotone High School Used TeamFi to Purchase GoRout

the Challenge
While the Peotone High School football team has finished .500 or better in each season since 2021, a sense of urgency for improvement has set in this offseason. Running traditional practices — shuffling through play cards, sifting through binders, and organizing the scout team defense on every snap — has kept the team competitive, but the coaching staff realized that a new approach would be necessary to elevate the team under the Friday night lights.
GoRout Scout was the best available option for the Blue Devils, but the cost of adding the system wasn’t within their budget.

The coaching staff and school administrators knew they needed a creative and effective strategy to rally support and secure the necessary funds. Coach Tsiamas incentivized donors by offering weekly recognition in gameday programs throughout the season. Those who donated $10-$49 were named Bronze members, $50-$99 Silver members, and $100+ donations earned donors Gold member status. After clarifying their goals, and creatively incentivizing their community, players submitted the necessary information to TeamFi and started watching the money come in.
the outcome
In under two weeks the Peotone High School football team had reached it’s designated goal of $10,000 and surpassed it. Through the seamless accessibility of TeamFi fundraisers, and their hassle-free logistical approach, the team actually raised a total of $12,075 from 200 gracious donors. Every single penny was delivered to the Blue Devils football program thanks to TeamFi's committment to taking 0% of what a team raises!
