About Brooke
After earning her Bachelors degree in Human Environmental Sciences : Hospitality Management from the University of Alabama, Brooke ended up working for a GoRout partner and one of our device providers, Mobility CG. From that experience, she provides GoRout with a variety of skills in enhancing Customer Experience and a complete understanding of our products and customer base.
When asked what most excites her about the new Customer Support Manager role, Brooke said, “I am looking forward to being a part of the energetic GoRout culture and supporting the Customer Service Teams to provide the best possible experience for our coaches and players.”
Brooke’s hobbies include cheering on The Tide, pilates, and travel. We are very excited to see what innovative ideas she brings to the table for our company and coaches!
