At Vernon HS we used GoRout to speed up our calls and hide our signals. Sure, sometimes we hollered from the sidelines or threw up a familiar gesture, but our primary mode of communication with players went straight to their wrist. I see us depending on it more this season, now that we are familiar with the system. Glad we have it and plan to keep it!

Implementing GoRout last season was a game-changer for our program. Having our entire playbook available at the press of a button allowed us to adjust instantly and take advantage of what we were seeing on the field. We have both the practice and Friday night devices. Both are very durable and reliable. The Friday night watches give us the ability to get a play called and ran in an extremely short amount of time. We loved the watches and the ease of use. The initial setup of getting our script set up was easy and the watches worked perfectly every game! No issues at all and made play calling so much easier.

GoRout has revolutionized play calling in HS football with the gridiron watches. On the defensive side we were able to get calls sent out more efficiently with the touch of a button from our coaches in the box with the tablet. We no longer had to worry about corners on the opposite end of the field not getting the call. We also were able to send out critical information from what the coaches saw in the box from our “Hot List” that we built each week.

GoRout was very useful this year, the amount of info and calls that you’re able to put in the spreadsheet was very helpful and allowed us to get our defensive calls in quickly. Our players enjoyed using them, it helped our linebackers make their call while still keeping their eyes on the offense rather then looking to the sideline, it allowed our secondary to receive the calls from across the field which limited confusion on coverages. Overall GoRout was helpful and useful to our program this season.

This is the first season that Texas allowed us to use technology devices to communicate with our players and GoRout was exactly what we were looking for. A very user friendly and efficient way to get our offensive plays in to our offense. Less signaling allowed our players to just get the call in and go execute.
