GoRout is excited to announce the addition of Chelsey Dobbins as its newest Softball Account Executive. She officially joined the GoRout team in November 2024.

Chelsey pitched for each of the University of Illinois-Chicago, West Valley College, and Oklahoma State University softball teams. After earning her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from OSU, she began her coaching career. Chelsey first started as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Louisiana-Monroe as she pursued her Masters degree in Curriculum. She later made stops as an Assistant Coach at Marshall, Associate Head Coach at the University of North Carolina, and—most recently—as the Pitching Coach at the University of Florida. 

Adding Chelsey’s 15 years of collegiate softball coaching experience will help diversify and improve the way that GoRout can service its softball customers across all levels of competition. 

When asked about what she is most excited for in her new role, Chelsey said, “I am excited about reconnecting with colleagues in a different capacity and establishing new relationships in the world of softball.”

Whenever Chelsey isn’t hard at work educating softball coaches about GoRout and helping build packages for their teams, you can find her by the lake in the summer time or hitting the slopes in the winter!
