GoRout is excited to announce the addition of Neal Kunik as our newest Diamond Sales Representative. He joined the GoRout team in June 2026.

After earning his degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Neal continued his playing career with three years of independent ball, spending stints with the Sioux Falls Canaries and Birmingham-Bloomfield Beavers. When he decided to hang up his cleats, he stayed around the game as a coach with various stops and experiences along the way, He spent six years as a pitching coach at University of St. Thomas (2021-2026) and North Iowa Area Community College (2020-2021). He also dedicated three years to  Starters Sports Training as a Pitching/Arm Development Coordinator and Director of Marketing (2017-2020). With a lifetime of baseball experience, Neal brings a full-scale understanding of coaching needs and processes—a perfect addition to our sales team. 

When asked what he was most looking forward to in his new role, Neal responded, “When you have the opportunity to get a group of like-minded and ambitious individuals together, all with the same central goal in mind, there are a lot of things to be excited about. However, the thing that I am most excited about is being able to jump on this journey with a very exciting product and company that is only continuing to improve and grow in the hopes of reaching as many teams, athletes, and coaches as possible with the best product on the market.”
