Customer Success Representative

Position Overview

The Customer Success Representative will work alongside the Operations Team to provide customer service and ensure success and product satisfaction for our teams across designated sports. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining customer satisfaction, creating meaningful customer relationships, enhancing the customer experience, maintaining accurate customer information within HubSpot, and consistently ensuring a positive experience for our teams and our coaches. The ultimate goal of the Customer Success Representative is to increase customer retention rates, which will be measured through designated KPI’s.

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Sports background preferred, but not required (Former Coach, Athlete, Operations)
  • Yearly Renewal / Upsell Experience preferred, but not required
